    • CricBattle Inc (“CricBattle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates software platforms in the United States, India, and Europe through web portals cricbattle.com, futbattle.com, partner websites, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
    • CricBattle operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider offering fantasy league management and auction management software across sports including cricket, football, basketball, hockey, and kabaddi.
  • Acceptance of Terms
    • Any person accessing or using the Platform (“User”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by CricBattle.
    • By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
    • CricBattle may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Nature of Services (SaaS Model)
    • CricBattle provides software tools including:
      • Fantasy league creation and management software
      • Auction hosting and draft management systems
      • Scoring engines, rule configuration, and league customization
      • Administrative dashboards and analytics
    • CricBattle may charge fees for software access, customization, configuration, or enterprise features.
    • CricBattle also offers free-to-play fantasy leagues that involve no entry fees, no prizes, and no monetary rewards.
  • Fantasy Games & Contests
    • The Platform enables Users to create and participate in fantasy sports contests for entertainment, engagement, and analytical comparison purposes.
    • Users may create fantasy teams using real-life players and earn points based on actual match performance as per predefined scoring rules.
    • Rankings and results are displayed purely for engagement and competition and do not represent monetary winnings unless explicitly agreed in writing under a separate enterprise agreement.
  • Games of Skill
    • Users acknowledge that fantasy games offered on the Platform are games of skill, where outcomes depend predominantly on knowledge, analysis, strategy, and decision-making.
    • Success depends on understanding of sports, player statistics, team selection strategy, and active participation.
  • Legal Compliance
    • India: Games of skill are legally permitted and excluded from gambling laws under applicable Indian legislation.
    • United States & Canada: CricBattle structures its software offerings to comply with laws governing skill-based fantasy sports.
    • Other Countries: Users are responsible for ensuring legality of access and usage in their jurisdiction.
  • Eligibility
    • Users must be 18 years of age or older.
    • A valid email address is required for registration.
    • Employees or contractors of CricBattle may not participate in any manner that influences outcomes.
    • Certain features may be restricted based on regional legal requirements.
  • User Conduct
    • Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain only one account.
    • Users must keep login credentials confidential and secure.
    • Users must not:
      • Use bots, automation, or unauthorized software
      • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
      • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
      • Interfere with platform security or operations
    • CricBattle may suspend or terminate access for violations at its sole discretion.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All software, designs, content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by CricBattle or its licensors.
    • Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit Platform content without written permission.
    • Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant CricBattle a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for platform operations.
  • Communications
    • Users consent to receive administrative messages, service updates, and feature announcements via email or in-app notifications.
  • Termination of Services
    • CricBattle may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
    • Upon termination, user access may be revoked and data handled as per the Privacy Policy.
  • Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
    • The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
    • CricBattle is not affiliated with ICC, BCCI, IPL, FIFA, EPL, or any official sports body unless explicitly stated.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricBattle’s total liability shall not exceed USD 50.
  • Indemnification
    • Users agree to indemnify and hold CricBattle harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
    • Courts located in Washington, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
