CricBattle Daily Fantasy Cricket League Tips

Mumbai vs Hyderabad on May 21

MI has won seven out of 13 games this season, while SRH have won only four out of 13 matches. MI are in sixth place, and SRH are in the last place in the points table currently. MI lost their previous game against Lucknow Super Giants by a mere margin of five runs. LSG posted a total of 177 runs for the loss of three wickets in 20 overs with the help of a great knock of 89 runs off 47 deliveries from Marcus Stoinis. In reply, MI could make 172 runs for the loss of five wickets. Ishan Kishan and Rohit Sharma provided a solid start adding 90 runs for the loss of wickets. But the next few batters failed to make a mark for MI. SRH scored 186 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs while batting first against Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last game. Heinrich Klaasen made his maiden IPL century and finished with 104 runs off 51 deliveries. But his innings was overshadowed by Virat Kohli made his sixth IPL ton. RCB chased down the total in 19.2 overs with eight wickets in hand. Both teams have faced each other 20 times in IPL so far. MI have won 11 games, while SRH have won the remaining nine. MI won the first-leg game this season and have won three out of the last five matches against SRH.

Best economical pick – Veteran spinner Piyush Chawla is in remarkable form in the ongoing season. He has picked up 20 wickets in 13 matches so far in the league and thus, can very well prove to be really dangerous against SRH on Sunday.

Top captains & vice captains  South Africa international Heinrich Klaasen is in terrific form in the ongoing season. He smacked a cracking century against RCB in the last match and overall, the cricketer has amassed 430 runs in 11 matches and with that, he is currently seventh in the Orange Cap race. On the other hand, the Wankhede pitch will suit his style of play and thus, Klaasen will definitely be one of the players to watch out for. Suryakumar Yadav is the leading run-scorer for MI this season and has scored one century and four half-centuries. He has made 486 runs in 13 games at an average of 40.5 and a strike rate of 186.92.

Smart pick – Cameron Green has made decent contributions with bat and ball for MI this season. Green has made 281 runs in 13 games at an average of 40.14 and a strike rate of 40.14. He has taken six wickets as well at an economy of 9.96.

Cautious Pick – Abdul Samad has made more than 30 runs only twice this season and can be avoided for this game.

My XI – Heinrich Klassen (Captain), Suryakumar Yadav (Vice-Captain), Cameron Green, Piyush Chawla, Aiden Markram, Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Bhuvneswar Kumar, Glenn Philips, Rahul Tripathi, Abhishek Sharma
