In the first game, he made 37 runs off 29 deliveries and provided a solid start to the team. Wanidu Hasaranga picked the important wicket of Ishan Kishan in the first game and was the most economical bowler for Sri Lanka. With the bat, Hasaranga made 21 runs off ten deliveries, including one four and two sixes. Smart pick – Chamika Karunaratne had a great outing in the Lanka Premier League last month, making 109 runs at a strike rate of 162.68 and picking seven wickets in ten matches.
