Australia team lost all the matches in the ODI series until now they failed in each department on this tour. Whereas, African team absolutely dominated Aussies in the series. Despite not having AB de Villiers they performed really well. However, Aussies bowlers did a good job but they miserably failed in the batting department. Australia team will be missing their three strike bowlers in this series Josh Hazelwood, Mitchell Starc, & James Faulkner. Whereas, In the batting department, the big man Glenn Maxwell also missing from this tour and this is why Aussies are facing this big blow. Although, now it will be interesting to watch what will happen in the last ODI. South Africa team will look to whitewash the Aussie. On other hands, Australia team will be looking to end this series on the good note by winning the last match. Now let’s see the South Africa vs Australia 5th ODI match prediction who will win.

·         Best economical pickUsman Khawaja is yet to feature on the tour apart from his unbeaten 82 against Ireland before the series began and is sure to be pushing for selection after Australia's underwhelming batting effort in Port Elizabeth.

·         Top captains & vice captains – With the series all wrapped up, Kyle Abott and Tabraiz Shamsi were drafted in to test the team’s bowling depth. Despite having no raw pace options up front, Abbot’s slower but fuller deliveries and the wily spin from Shamsi and Phangiso saw Australia bundled out for their lowest first innings total in ODIs since 2014 (154 in Perth, also against South Africa). Abott took 4 wickets while Shamsi took 3 wickets in the fourth odi.

·       Smart pick – South Africa’s response to the total was not pristine, but was led from the front by captain Faf du Plessis, whose 69 off 87 ensured the bulk of the task was taken care of. Du Plessis’ captaincy has been sublime in this series with everything from managing his bowlers to his performance with the bat rubber-stamping his credentials as a leader in limited overs cricket.

·         Cautions Pick – Australian opener Aaron finch has a silent series till now. He scored a fifty in the first odi then failed in next 3 odis. So be careful before trading him in your team.

·         My XI – Kyle Abott (Captain), T Shamsi (Vice-Captain), Usman Khawja, Faf du Plessis, John Hastings, Quinton de Kock, Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh, Hashim Amla, David Warner, George Bailey
