Bangladesh vs Afghanistan on October 1

Bangladesh vs Afghanistan ODI series is right now at an interesting point. The ODI series is tied between the Bangladesh and Afghanistan by 1-1. 3rd ODI is going to be series decider. We saw tough competition between these two teams since 1st match of series. However, it will be exciting to watch 3rd ODI match. However, if Afghanistan wins this next match then they will be making history. Whereas it will be a treat to watch this clash. Bangladesh will likely to maintain their winning streak at home. This series is dominated by bowling performance of the both the side. It’s going to be tough competition between these two at final ODI. Well, it’s going to be interesting to watch whether Afghanistan able to defeat Bangladesh team at their home which India, Pakistan, & South Africa failed to do it.

·         Best economical pick – Since bowlers doing well in this series Afghanistan have less experienced bowlers but they all have talent and potential to move the ball. Especially the off spinner Rashid Khan who took 5 wickets in 2 matches is bowling really well in this series.

·         Top captains & vice captains – In the second ODI match Afghanistan won the nail biting match in the last over. Because of Mohamed Nabi’s all-around performance Afghanistan able to clinch that victory. Mohammad Nabi, who opened the bowling for Afghanistan, gave away 16 runs from 10 overs, and took two wickets as well. Nabi was not only incredible with the ball, but also played a good hand with the bat to score 49 runs. Man of the match Nabi showed his all-round skill scoring 49 runs and putting on 107 runs with Asghar Stanikzai in the fifth wicket as Afghanistan recovered from 63-4 to reach 212-8, completing their second win against Bangladesh in four meetings. Stanikzai hit four fours and two sixes in his 95 balls to atone for some of his causal batting in the opening match, which saw Afghanistan lose by seven runs despite dominating Bangladeshi bowlers for a long period.

·       Smart pick – In the second ODI the Bangladesh batsmen were not able to convert their starts into meaningful scores, which hit them hard. Bangladesh's Mosaddek Hossain who was playing his maiden odi was the highest scorer with 45 runs.

·         Cautions Pick – When you look at the both side they are facing problems in the batting department. The Bangladeshi opener Soumya Sarkar who known to be a destructive opener failed to deliver in this series. In the first match he scored a duck and in the second match he scored just 20 runs.

My XI – M Nabi (Captain), Asghar Stanikzai (Vice-Captain), Mosaddek Hossain, Mohammad Shahzad, Shakib Al Hassan, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Najibullah Zadran, Rashid Khan, Shafiul Islam, Mirwais Ashraf, Rubel Hossain
