Sri Lanka v Australia on August 4

·         Sri Lanka have the chance to seal a first series victory over Australia in their test history. Australia`s last outing to the sub-continent saw them lose all four Tests against India in 2013 and they also lost both matches when Pakistan hosted them for a two-Test series in 2014 in the Gulf. Australia will look to bounce back by winning this second test match of three match test series.

·         Best economical pick – Debutant china man bowler Lakshan Sandakan, who bagged seven wickets in the match, provided the perfect foil to Herath's experience. The left-arm spinner, who grabbed four wickets in the first innings, made life miserable for the Australian batsmen on a turning track on the fifth morning.

·         Top captains & vice captains – Rangana Herath, who had match figures of 9 for 103 in Sri Lanka`s thrilling win the first Test in Pallekele last weekend, will again be the key to the hosts` chances of success in Galle where he has a formidable record. It was batsman Kusal Mendis  who set up the unlikely win for Sri Lanka with his superb maiden ton in his team's second innings after the hosts overcame an 86-run deficit. The 21-year-old Mendis, the only centurion in a low-scoring contest, played a memorable 254-ball knock laced with 21 fours and a six.

·         Smart pick – The Australian skipper Steven Smith, whose 55 was the next best after Mendis' century in the first match. Smith was the only batsman in the Australian batting line-up who looked comfortable against the spin attack of Sri Lanka.

·       Cautions Pick – The Australian opener and Vice-captain David Warner, back to test cricket after six weeks out with a broken finger, he registered scores of duck and one. He is a very poor player of spin bowling so be careful before trading him in your team.

My XI – Rangana Herath (Captain), Kusal Mendis (Vice-Captain), Lakshan Sandakan, Steven Smith, Adam Voges, Nathan Lyon, Dinesh Chandimal, Angelo Mathews, Joe Burns, Usman Khawaja, Jackson Bird
