CricBattle Daily Fantasy Football Leagues Tips:

SVK-ENG   &   RUS-WAL  on June 19

Russia were abysmal in the 2-1 defeat to Slovakia and now have it all to do if they are to progress to the next stage of the competition. They have one point from two games and have to win to have any chance of being in the draw for the knockout phase. While on the other hand, Wales slipped to a dramatic 2-1 defeat to England last time out and confidence would have taken a knock following Daniel Sturridge's last gasp winner. They could also do with a win to guarantee their place in the last 16. Chris Coleman's side haven't really played that well over the two games but in Gareth Bale they have a match winner. They have never beaten Russia and this would be some time to do it.

Two late goals against Wales has completely changed the complexion of the group for England. They are now in command of the group but need a win to guarantee top spot. Changes are expected from England after two largely unconvincing displays from the Three Lions and preventing Marek Hamsik from playing is imperative to shutting down Slovakia going forward. England have beaten Slovakia in all three of their previous meetings and Roy Hodgson's men shouldn't have too many problems in overcoming their opponents on Monday, particularly if Hodgson goes with the team that finished the game against Wales.

Best economical pick – The Slovakian mid-fielder Marek Hamsik has been impressive in first two games for Slovakia. The Napoli’s man already had 1 goal and 1 assist to his name. He is a good pick to be considered against England who is available at salary 7.5

Top captains & vice captains – Gareth Bale has been a one man show for Wales in their two games by scoring two beautiful goals from free kicks. The Real Madrid star would fancy himself to score against Russia too. England’s striker Jamie Vardy came in as a substitute for England against Wales and created impact right away by snatching into the loose ball. The Leicester City’s man is more likely to score against for England.

Smart pick – The Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge who also came in as a 2nd half substitute rescued England by scoring the late winner and has put England in a strong position in the group. He is a great pick for your fantasy team.

Be careful –   The Tottenham Hotspurs striker Harry Kane failed to score and to even create chances in both the games and wouldn’t be a nice choice for your fantasy team as he is more likely to sit out or can start from bench against Slovakia.

My XI – Gareth Bale (Captain), Jamie Vardy (Vice-Captain), Kyle Walker, Chris Gunter, James Chester, Marek Hamsik, Aaron Ramsey, Hal Robson-Kanu, Wayne Hennessey (GK), Bamidele Alli, Daniel Sturridge.
