IPL Fantasy League 2016 Tips: GL vs DD

·         The shocking loss to laggards Kings XI Punjab in their last match, notwithstanding, table toppers Gujarat Lions will have to get their acts together quickly if they wish to end their home campaign on a winning note against a formidable Delhi Daredevils. The ever-improving Daredevils are not far behind as they are placed third with eight points from six games. Mentored by Rahul Dravid and led by veteran Zaheer Khan, IPL 9 has seen a transformed Daredevils side. They have so far won four out of their six games, losing just against Gujarat Lions and Kolkata Knight Riders.

·         Best economical pick – The opening batsman Dwayne Smith of Gujarat Lions is in superb form in this tournament. Smith has already scored 2 half centuries in the 4 matches he played in this season. He is scoring runs with a strike rate of over 200 constantly. 

·        Top captains & vice captains – The South African wicket keeper batsman Quinton de Kock is in subline form in this season. He is scoring runs consistently in the top of order for Delhi Daredevils. The retired kiwi skipper Brendon McCullum is scoring runs with a decent strike in the top of order for Gujarat Lions. He is scoring almost a strike rate of 200 in this season. Played 3 destructive knocks in last 4 matches.

·         Smart pick – The leg spinner of Delhi Daredevils Amit Mishra who is the spearhead of DD attack is bowling superbly in this IPL. He bowled a magical spell against KXIP which give DD their first win in this season of IPL. He took 4 wickets in just 3 overs by conceding only 11 runs. Then took 2 crucial wickets against Mumbai Indians. After that took 2 wickets in next 2 matches with good economy.

·        Be careful – The young opener of Delhi Daredevils Shreyas Iyer has been in out of form in this season. He has already scored 2 ducks in this season. So before pick him be careful.
