IPL Fantasy League 2016 Tips: DD vs GL  

·         It will be a test of character and battle for supremacy when Delhi Daredevils and Gujarat Lions, two of the most impressive teams of IPL 9, lock horns against each other at the Feroze Shah Kotla ground here on Wednesday. Barring one bad day in office, both Daredevils and Gujarat Lions had a near perfect campaign so far in the tournament. While new outfit Gujarat Lions are lying in the second spot in the eight-team standings with eight points from five matches, the Daredevils are a place below in the third position with six points from four games

·         Best economical pick – Pravin Tambe is a cricketer who has defied his age to play top level cricket. He had not even played a top-level game for a first-class side when he was picked from obscurity at the age of 41, by Rajasthan Royals for IPL 2013. He has taken 5 wickets in this season with a healthy economy and strike rate. His salary is just 8.5 and he can earn you a lot of points.

·        Top captains & vice captains – The Wicket keeper opening batsman of Delhi daredevils Quinton De Kock is scoring consistently for DD in this IPL. De kock also scored the first century of this IPL. He has been in superb form in this IPL so pick him as your captain for sure. The retired kiwi skipper Brendon McCullum is scoring runs with a decent strike in the top of order for Gujarat Lions. He is scoring almost a strike rate of 200 in this season.

·         Smart pick – The leg spinner of Delhi Daredevils Amit Mishra who is the spearhead of DD attack is bowling superbly in this IPL. He bowled a magical spell against KXIP which give DD their first win in this season of IPL. He took 4 wickets in just 3 overs by conceding only 11 runs. Then took 2 crucial wickets against Mumbai Indians.

·        Be careful – The opening batsman Dwayne Smith of Gujarat Lions is an in and out customer in this format. He can score heavily on his day and can get out cheaply every day. So before choosing him in your team be careful.
